Frequently asked questions
Direct Primary Care is different than a primary care office in a couple of ways.

First, it's convenient. In addition to in-office care, you will have the ability to meet with a doctor via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Second, it's easy to get an appointment. Oftentimes you will be able to get a same-day or next-day appointment.

Lastly, it's full care. The doctors will be able to spend extended time with you, discussing your needs and answering your questions.
Employees of Sight & Sound, and their dependents, can receive most care at no cost! A good rule of thumb is, when the care can be performed at the Direct Primary Care office, there is typically no cost to you. Examples include sick visits, strep tests, mole removals, etc.
If you require care from from a specialist, or if you need certain types of lab work, for example, your Primary Care Doctor will refer you and there may be a copay or deductible fee associated.
The best thing to do is talk with your Primary Care Doctor first to determine if your care can be performed in-office or if a specialist is needed.
